Cloud Dentistry makes it easy to reach several qualified professionals at the same time — so you can fill your shift faster and spend less time waiting on responses.

Step 1: Use Advanced Search to find the right professionals
When you click Find Professionals, you'll have access to a robust set of search and filter tools to help you find the best candidate for your needs — including filters for certifications, response time, distance, languages, ID verification, background checks, and more.

Step 2: Send your booking request to multiple professionals
Sending requests to several professionals at once is the best way to increase your response rate and fill your shift quickly.
Here's the high-level flow:
Start with your first professional. Click the date on their calendar to open the booking request form.
Choose how many professionals to invite. At the bottom of the form, you'll see two options:
Send 1 Request — sends only to this professional.
Add More Professionals — invites additional pros to the same shift (recommended).
Build your invite list. Click Add to Booking next to each professional you want to include. You can invite up to 6 professionals per request, and they'll appear in a gallery so you can keep track. Click the x on any photo to remove someone, including the original professional you started with.
Send your requests. Click Send Requests to reach everyone at once.
Step 3: What happens after you send
The first professional to accept gets the booking. All other requests are automatically cancelled.
If that professional later cancels, the system will automatically reopen the request to the remaining professionals who are still available.
Step 4: Leave automatic job posting on
Before sending your requests, make sure the "Create a temporary job posting" box is checked.
Why it matters: if none of your selected professionals respond within 4 hours, your shift will automatically be posted to all professionals on the platform — significantly increasing visibility and your chances of getting the shift filled.
Our recommendation: invite your top 6 professionals first and let automatic posting work as your safety net. It's the easiest way to make sure no shift goes unfilled.
