To create a booking you can do this by going to your dashboard and clicking on the date on the calendar that you need a temp or going to the "Find Professionals" tab. Once you are in the "Find Professionals" tab you can then enter the exact filters you are looking for (what type of professional, start time, and end time). After you set your filters it will show you all the professionals available for that day and time.
When you find a professional you are interested in sending a request to, you will:
Click on the day you would like to request them on their calendar next to their profile.
If they are available, the times will be in blue.
Enter the start and end times, if they get a lunch break, and you can add any additional notes about the day.
Please check the two boxes stating that if the professional does not respond in 4 hours, you will automatically create a job post (which is how you have been creating jobs) and agree to the terms.
At the bottom, it will allow you to add more professionals or send 1 request.
Select the Add more professionals button if you want to request multiple professionals at once.
This option will notify and request up to 6 professionals; however, when one accepts, the system will automatically cancel the other requests.
This is similar to a first-come, first-served scenario and can prevent double booking. To send a request only to one specific professional, select the send one request button.
Please note that if the professional who confirmed the booking cancels, our system will re-request the other temps that you initially requested, given they are still available.
When you have successfully sent a request, it will appear as a yellow box on your calendar, and when a professional accepts it, it will turn green. This shows on your calendar so you can keep track of which professional is arriving that day, and you can reference it for details on their hourly rate and any other information about the booking.
