Paying providers through our platform is streamlined and hassle-free, thanks to Cloud Direct Pay*. This method not only simplifies the payment process but also eliminates common issues such as lost checks. Here's how it works:

  1. Enroll in Cloud Direct Pay: Once you enroll in this service, a badge will be displayed next to your office name, and you will receive a confirmation email. This enrollment indicates that you're set up to handle payments through the platform.

  2. Book a Professional: Use the platform's matching system to find and book a dental professional for your needs.

  3. Sign the Timesheet: After the completion of the assignment, you'll need to sign off on the professional's timesheet. This is an essential step in confirming the hours worked. Here is a copy of the timesheet

  4. Payment Processed by Cloud Dentistry: As soon as the professional submits their signed timesheet to us, we take care of paying them directly via the payment method your office has on file. It's important to note that professionals are responsible for submitting their own timesheets.

Please make sure to sign the professional's time sheet after they have completed their shift.

*Please note - ACH payments can take longer to process than a debit or credit card.

*While Cloud Direct Pay is the preferred method for its ease and convenience, it is not offered nationwide just yet. You also have the flexibility to manage payments independently if you choose. If your office qualifies to sign up for CDP, you’ll be notified/prompted to register upon upgrading your subscription.

If you choose to provide payment to the dental professional directly, you have several options you can choose from such as:

  • Same Day (provide payment before the professional leaves the office)

  • Up to 7 days (must issue payment within 7 calendar days of the assignment)

  • Up to 14 days (must issue payment within 14 calendar days of the assignment)

  • As a W2 employee with your regularly scheduled payroll (with this setting you are required to treat the dental professional as any other W2 employee within your office)
