For Front Office professionals, you can filter to show those who have marked themselves as cross-trained in front office and dental assisting duties, or to only show professionals marked for front office only.
Who appears in the list of professionals, and what determines the order?
When you click on “Professionals,” we only show professionals who have set their travel radius to include your office’s location.
The order in which professionals are displayed is determined by several factors:
Profile Score of professionals
These professionals maintain a significantly high Profile Score, which is comprised of several key considerations:
Profile completeness - Profile photo, photo ID, background check, background description, and more.
Certifications - Confirmed certifications for their specialty and state
Interactivity - Timeliness response to booking requests and messages, as well as completed booking performance (This is one of the biggest contributors to a professional's profile score).
Favorited Professionals - Your office can easily manage ‘favorite’ professionals by clicking the heart icon on the professionals’ profile after a successful booking.
Auto-Accept - If a professional has turned on "auto-accept" for your office.
Advanced Search Filters
Offices can now have additional search filters by clicking Advanced Search, in which the following will appear:
First name
Skills - filter to show self-reported skills, and their listed proficiency.
Certifications - From here, you can select multiple certifications specific to your needs. Any certifications listed here have been verified by our team.
Background: This would consist of keywords, for example: “pediatrics”
Response time: Filter to only show professionals who have a fast response time for booking requests and messages.
Max days since login - From here, you can set your preference for the last time a professional logged into the site
Max miles from the office
Hourly Rate: Set a range, or maximum hourly rate, that the office prefers to stay at or under.
Favorites - Quickly search only from the professionals you’ve marked as Favorites
Cross-Trained: Professional has indicated they are cross-trained in both front office and dental assistant duties.
Auto- Accept - professional has favorited your office, and indicated they want to auto-accept booking requests from you, if more than 24 hours' notice.
