For Front Office professionals, you can filter to show those that have marked themselves as cross-trained in front office and dental assisting duties, or to only show professionals marked for front office only.
Advanced Search Filters
Offices can now have additional search filters by clicking Advanced Search, in which the following will appear:
First name (partial name match)
Response time - how quickly professionals respond to booking requests or messages
Max days since login - From here, you can set your preference for the last time a professional logged into the site
Max miles from the office
Certifications - From here, you can select multiple certifications specific to your needs. Any certifications listed here have been verified by our team.
Skills - filter to show self-reported skills, and their listed proficiency.
Background: This would consist of keywords, for example: “pediatrics”

Favorites - Quickly search only from the professionals you’ve marked as Favorites
Employees only - You can search for employees within your organization
Profile photo
ID verified - This confirms the professional has provided a photo ID
