How to Submit a Timesheet for Expired or Unconfirmed Bookings

If your booking has expired or was never accepted but you still worked the shift, you can still submit your timesheet for verification and processing. Below are the steps to ensure your timesheet is successfully submitted and processed.

Step 1: Contact the Dental Office

If your booking has expired, the first step is to contact the dental office where you worked. Request that they contact Cloud Dentistry to lift the expiration status of the booking and verify that you did work. This step is necessary to allow the booking to be updated so that you can upload your timesheet.

Step 2: Submit Your Timesheet

Once your timesheet is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Cloud Dentistry team for processing and payment. Once approved, you will be able to track the status of your payment in the "earnings" section of your account.
