Confirmations for bookings vary by professionals, with a median time of <10 minutes. Keep in mind that most of Cloud Dentistry’s professionals are actively working during the day, so if a booking request or message is sent during the day, a reply may not be returned until after working hours.
The fastest confirmations are with professionals who have indicated that they will automatically accept a booking from your office if they are free on that day and for the hours you request. As long as your booking starts more than 24 hours from the requested day, they will automatically accept your request.
When a professional has indicated this for your office, you will see “Auto Accept” on their calendar in Find Professionals.
Professionals are strongly encouraged to reply to all messages and/or booking requests, even if they need to decline the booking, within 12 hours. Our Profile Score system awards coveted points to professionals to encourage their prompt reply to all messages. Since launching the new Profile Score system, our professionals’ response rate within 12 hours has increased significantly!
Make sure your office is utilizing the Find A Temp button, adding up to 6 professionals to your requests, and is keeping the option selected to create an open job posting if your requests don't get a reply within 4 hours.
