accepting a booking request

When you accept a booking request, the system automatically cancels all the other requests that the office has made for that booking. If there were any applications to the booking, those are also canceled. The office is now counting on you to show up on time and complete your booking.

If you accept the request within 12 hours of the offer, you will earn 10 points on your score. If you accept in more than 48 hours, your score will go down by 5 points because the office had to wait for your response. If you accept after 48 hours, then your score will go down by 10 points.

If you cancel after you accept, then your score will go down by 10 points. If you accepted in less than 12 hours from the proposal, then this is a simple offset of the 10 you got for accepting quickly. If you took longer to respond, then the 10 point deduction results in a net negative impact to your score. If you cancel less than 24 but more than an hour before the start of your booking, then you will lose 50 points. If you cancel within an hour of the start or just don’t show up at all, then you will lose 100 points for the “no-show”.
