Find A Temp
To create an open temporary job posting for a specific date, you will click the "Find A Temp" button, which is located on your dashboard or in the "Temp Jobs" tab located in the blue toolbar. You can also start this process from the bookings calendar for a specific date.
Click Find A Temp
Fill out the details of the temporary job: Type of Professional Needed, Payment terms (how temp will be paid), Date Needed, Start Time, End Time, Break Period, and agree to match terms (booking agreement).
Click "View & Invite Candidates."
Option 1: (Recommended) - Invite Candidates AND Auto-Post a Temp Job
Select up to 6 professionals to request for the job at one time for this date (first-come first serve).
The option to create an automatic temporary job posting if there is no confirmation within 4 hours is already selected for you.
This will post the job publicly and allow other candidates to apply for the day if the professionals you originally requested do not confirm. This is a great option to ensure coverage and select a candidate that is interested and available for your office's needs.
Click Send Request(s) and keep auto-post option selected.
If a public temp job post is created, professionals in the area will be alerted and can apply directly to this post. Your office will then be able to view the applicants and accept or decline them as you choose.
View the applicants and details of the open temp job on your Bookings Calendar and in the "Temp Jobs" tab.
‼️ Bonus with this option: If the professional who confirmed the booking later cancels, our system automatically re-requests the other temps you originally invited, as long as they're still available. It will also reopen the temp job as a public posting! Make sure your office is covered, no matter what!

Option 2: Post Job Without Inviting Candidates
To only post a public temp job, you will select "Post Job Without Requests"
If you choose to "Post Job Without Requests," you have the option to set a preferred hourly rate for this booking.
Professionals can still apply at a different rate, to which you can accept or decline.
Click Post Job.
View the applicants and details of the open temp job on your Bookings Calendar and in the "Temp Jobs" tab.
‼️ Tip: When viewing the applicants, make sure you are reviewing their applied hourly rate, reviewing their profile for details, certifications, listed skills, and other background information. Once you accept an applicant, a temporary job/booking will be confirmed on your bookings calendar with that professional.
Closing a Temp Job Posting
If you no longer have a need for an open temp job posting you can close this. If you have any applicants, closing the temp job will decline these applicants and notify the professionals that have applied. You will not be able to re-open a closed temp job.
Confirmed Applicant Canceled - Now What?
If the applicant you confirmed canceled, the temporary job posting will re-open for others to apply. If you follow option 1, the other professionals will be re-invited, as long as they are still available and it's more than 1 hour from the temp job's start time. If you want to post a new temp job posting for a partial day, click the "Find A Temp" button and resubmit!
