What if I need to take a break or deactivate my account?

Account Deletion, Deactivate, Set Profile to Private

Users cannot delete their account if they have:

  • Booking History

  • Referrals

  • Received payments

  • Received CE certificates

  • Completed or started a background check

However, we can assist you in setting it to private so you are no longer available and visible to offices.

You can set your profile to private under “My Public Profile” so you do not show as available when offices search for professionals in your area. You can also turn off your notifications within the notification settings. Keeping your profile up but private will also allow you to remain eligible for our free CE's and allow you to easily find work if you were to ever need our services again. It's always good to keep the profile active by logging in often to keep that profile score high.

If you do plan to take a break, it’s best to set your profile to private since you will lose points for not responding to messages or booking requests from offices.

Professionals should also note that they will no longer see jobs in their area while set to private.

Please note that even if your profile is set to private, you can still gain/lose profile score points for daily logins. This is calculated over the last 10 days, and can easily be restored upon your return to the platform.
