While approved accounts with completed bookings or attended CE courses cannot be deleted, you can set your profile to PRIVATE in your settings, which will make your profile appear as “unavailable” to dental offices until you decide to return.
Keep in mind, we have recently made changes to our profile scoring. If you were actively logging in and earning 10 points for each day’s login over the last 10 days, you will lose the points if you stop logging in. If you have not been consistently logging into your account, then setting your account to private should not have a significant impact on your profile score.
If you do plan to take a break, it’s best to set your profile to private since you will lose points for not responding to messages or booking requests from offices.
Professionals should also note that they will no longer see jobs in their area while set to private.
As a reward for logging into the platform daily, you'll earn 10 points for every day that you've logged in over the past 10 days, totaling to a max 100 point boost to your Profile Score.
This is a one-time boost of +100 points after 10 consecutive days of logging in.
