What if the office address is incorrect?

If you notice that the address listed on your booking doesn’t match the actual location where you're needed, please alert us by emailing service@clouddentistry.com or starting a chat with us.

An incorrect booking address is a significant error, and for your protection, such as pay guarantees and cancellation reimbursements, the booking should take place at the address listed on the booking agreement. Prompt reporting ensures we can rectify the issue and maintain the integrity of your bookings.

Ultimately, it is your decision to attend another practice location. Sometimes, staffing needs change per location. However, you, the professional, have confirmed agreement with the listed location. If an office is requesting that you attend a different location, especially on the date of the assignment, you should report this to our Member Services team.

If you agree, you should request that the office cancel the original request and rebook you for the correct location. If you disagree, and the office no longer needs you at the booked location, you may be eligible for partial compensation.
