If an office wishes to change your hours for a booking several days in advance, the office is instructed to cancel the current booking and request a new appointment. If the office cancels the booking, the professional’s Profile Score will not be impacted.
Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment, that you do not agree to, may result in a cancellation fee paid by the office which will be issued to you via Cloud Direct Pay (CDP). To determine your eligibility, please use our chat feature or email our Member Services department at service@clouddentistry.com. For changes on the day of, if asked to work additional hours, adjust your timesheet accordingly. If asked to work significantly fewer hours (more than one hour less), you might be eligible for guaranteed pay.
Please note that timesheets are only required for Cloud Direct Pay (CDP) assignments and must be filled out in full to ensure correct payment.
