For dental offices enrolled in Cloud Direct Pay (CDP) (indicated by a CDP badge next to their name), Cloud Dentistry facilitates your payment directly. To participate:
Confirm Your Booking: Make sure your appointment is booked through our system.
Submit Your Timesheet: You'll receive an email with instructions and a Timesheet Copy after confirming the booking. Submit your timesheet as directed. Incomplete timesheets missing assignment information or signatures will NOT be processed and will be the responsibility of the professional to fix and resend. If a timesheet is rejected for missing information or for the assignment being more than 30 days in the past, you will receive an email stating the reason for the rejection.
Wait for Processing: Allow up to 3 business days for your timesheet to be processed. Once approved, payment transfer to your bank account can take up to an additional 3 days, depending on your bank.
Bank Account Required: You must enter your banking and tax information into your account via the "tax settings and direct deposit settings" tabs to receive payments for these assignments. Ensure your timesheet is correctly uploaded in the "Bookings" tab and that you have entered the times reflected on your timesheet into the timesheet upload feature to avoid delays.
