Demand for bookings is high, and being the first to respond can make all the difference. Speed Matters! Here are some tips to help you maximize your bookings based on your schedule and preferences.
Mark your favorite ❤️ offices
Add offices you enjoy working with to your favorites list. This helps you spot their offers faster and prioritize accepting from the practices you already know and like. See below for the auto-accept feature.
Auto-Accept: Automatically Accept Bookings from Your Favorite ❤️ Offices
Want to lock in shifts with the offices you love without lifting a finger? Turn on Auto-Accept.
When enabled, Cloud will automatically accept booking requests from any office you've marked as a favorite ❤️ — as long as the request:
Falls within a day and time you've marked as available,
Meets your minimum hours requirement, and
Starts more than 24 hours after the request is sent.
Offices can't see which offices you've favorited, but they can see that you have Auto-Accept turned on for them. That visibility works in your favor — it signals to your favorite offices that booking you is fast and reliable, giving you a real edge in securing more shifts with the practices you want to work with most.
How to Enable the Auto-Accept Feature
Favorite the Office (click the heart on the office profile)
Check the box next to 'Automatically accepts bookings from favorites ❤️.' This is located in the same area where you confirm your schedule. You can find this on your dashboard, above the list of favorite offices on your dashboard, or in the "schedule" tab. We'll also prompt you to mark an office as a favorite if you've submitted a high star rating after you work with them.
Apply to Temp Job Postings
This is not a guarantee of the shift/booking. The office reviews applicants, and then must accept your application for the booking to be confirmed. Applying shows the office that you are available and interested. Pro Tip: Send the office a message after you apply introducing yourself! This could help you stand out amongst other applicants.
*Once you submit an application to a temp job, the job will appear in purple on your calendar. If the office accepts your application, the job will appear green on your calendar, and you'll receive a confirmation notification, based on your notification settings.
Turn on notifications
Enable push, text, and email notifications so you're alerted the moment a new offer comes in. Since bookings are often first-come, first-served, a few extra minutes can be the difference between landing the shift and missing it. Visit your "Notification Settings" in your menu to check these!
Keep your availability up to date
Regularly update your calendar to reflect your open dates. Offices can only send you offers for times you've marked as available, so an outdated calendar means missed opportunities. Offices can filter by specific times they need, which can alter how you appear in their search results.
Profile Score
Your profile score is based on interactivity, responsiveness, and reliability. A high profile score means you appear at the top of search results. Read more here.
Adjust Your Booking Settings
Hourly Rate - Offices can filter based on an hourly rate they are able to pay. If you aren't getting bookings, try lowering this a little! You can always negotiate via messaging as well.
Mileage Radius: This is your radius for how far you'll accept booking requests from dental offices. The farther you travel, the more offices can request to book you. Widening your travel radius may help you meet your financial goals faster. More miles, more money!
Minimum Hours: This can alter the results of the auto-accept feature and how you appear in search results.
Complete your profile
A fully filled-out profile — including your specialties, certifications, and experience — helps offices feel confident booking you, and may increase how often you're offered shifts.
