Booking History
If you need to see a history of your bookings, visit the "Temp Jobs" tab. Then select the "Closed" section. Once here, you can filter to show completed, canceled, all, expired, or those that are missing Cloud Direct Pay timesheets. You can even filter by date or a practice name. Any booking that has been completed, declined, or canceled will appear in the closed section of your temp jobs.
If you rescinded a shift application (application to a temp job), it will appear in your expired, closed temp jobs.
If you need to see an overview of your attendance history, you can filter by canceled to see those that you've canceled, late canceled, or no-showed.
This page will also give you an overview of the bookings' estimated hours and pay.
Payment History
Cloud Dentistry only tracks payments made via Cloud Direct Pay. To see an overview of all Cloud Direct Payments, you'll visit the "earnings" section of your account.
If you need a history of all payments, you'll need to view your completed temp jobs and calculate the estimated pay for bookings that have payment terms other than Cloud Direct Pay.
