How can I leave a review for an office after a booking?

The process for reviewing an office after a completed booking

Reviews can be submitted after completing the first booking arranged through our system with that office. Further reviews with the same office will vary in terms of timeframe and number of completed bookings with the office.


How to Submit a Review:

Our system will automatically prompt you to leave your review after the assignment has been completed.

  • You can click "save for later" on these prompts if you aren't ready to submit yet. Our system will then automatically prompt you at a later time, within a 14-day time frame from the date of the booking.

  • You may also receive an email once the office submits its review for you, which will contain a link to "Write Review."

  • You may also see the option to write a review within the booking. To check this, click on the assignment, which will be in the "Closed" section of your Temp Jobs tab, if you have already completed the assignment.

How to Edit a Review:

After submitting a review, either party has the opportunity to edit it before it becomes visible to both sides or before the 14-day review window closes. To make changes, simply navigate to the completed booking and click "EDIT YOUR REVIEW."

Once both parties have submitted their reviews or the 14-day window has ended, the "EDIT YOUR REVIEW" option will disappear, and no further changes can be made. If you need to make adjustments and no longer have the option to edit, you can request assistance from the Member Services team, but this is not guaranteed. This safeguard helps prevent retaliatory edits and preserves the integrity of our review system.

Please note: Leaving a review off the platform (i.e., Google, Yelp, Social Media, etc) for an office you have worked for through Cloud Dentistry is a violation of our User Terms and will subject your account to a suspension.
