How can I leave a review for an office after a booking?

The process for reviewing an office after a completed booking

Reviews can be submitted after completing the first booking arranged through our system with that office. Further reviews with the same office will vary in terms of timeframe and number of completed bookings with the office.


How to Submit a Review:

Our system will automatically prompt you to leave your review after the assignment has been completed.

  • You can click "save for later" on these prompts if you aren't ready to submit yet. Our system will then automatically prompt you at a later time, within a 14-day time frame from the date of the booking.

  • You may also receive an email once the office submits its review for you, which will contain a link to "Write Review."

  • You may also see the option to write a review within the booking. To check this, click on the assignment, which will be in the "Closed" section of your Temp Jobs tab, if you have already completed the assignment.

Reviews are not made public or visible until both parties have submitted their individual reviews and/or 14 days have passed. If 14 days have passed since the date of the assignment, you will no longer be able to submit a review. This is in place to prevent retaliation.

Once a review is submitted, edits cannot be made. If you need to make adjustments, you can request this from our Member Services team, but this is not guaranteed, especially if both parties have already submitted their reviews.

Please note: Leaving a Google review for an office you have worked for through Cloud Dentistry is a violation of our User Terms and will subject your account to a suspension.
