Absolutely. If there's a professional you've previously worked with via our platform and prefer not to engage with them again, you have the option to block those offices from viewing your profile.
How to prevent (block) a professional from seeing your profile:
Navigate to the Professionals section of your dashboard. Click “blocked”
Scroll down and click “see all of your blocked professionals”
Click “find professionals to block”
Input the professionals first and last name, then hit search. Capitalizing the first and last name is necessary to locate professionals.
Click “block” next to the professional you wish to block.
Blocked professionals cannot see any permanent or temporary job post from any office within your account. These professionals will also not appear in Find Professionals.
Once a professional is blocked, your profile will not appear in their search results. If you have interacted with the professional in the past via messaging or bookings, your name will still appear to them but they will not be able to contact you. They will see a message that your profile is no longer available and that they need to contact member services in order to relay a message to you.
