Cloud Dentistry tracks complaints and takes necessary actions when a report is received or a complaint is filed.

File A Complaint

The best way to report concerns with a professional is by filing a complaint. This option is located within the Temp Job/assignment details with the dental professional. Complaints are not public or visible to the dental professional, but are sent directly to our Member Services team for review.

Submit Your Review

Our platform thrives on transparency and peer-reviewed profiles. If the assignment requires a review, we encourage you to submit an honest and professional review within the assignment. Our system will prompt you to leave a review, and you'll receive an email reminder to do so.

Block The Professional

If you would like to avoid any future connections with this professional, you have the option to block them directly on the platform. To do so, simply click on their name to open their profile overview, then select the “Block” button.

When you block a professional, you will still see their profile in old messages and completed bookings, but the office profile will appear as “unavailable” to the professional. They will not know that they have been blocked. They will no longer show up in your search results for available professionals, cannot message your office, and cannot apply to the office's job postings.
