How do I get my profile approved?

Understanding our profile review and approval process for dental professionals

Once professionals create their free Cloud Dentistry account, our Professional Engagement team will review the information provided to confirm accuracy. Profile registrations will also be reviewed to confirm duplicate profiles don't occur.

In order to get your profile approved, the following criteria is required for Approval - we also call this stage Profile Activate in your Cloud Dentistry dashboard:

Required for Approval by Specialty

Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs):

  • Verified phone number

  • Verified email address

  • License number(s) and state(s)

  • Education and graduation year

  • Photo ID

  • Background check with CLEAR status

Dental Assistants (DAs):

  • Verified phone number

  • Verified email address

  • Profile photo

  • Photo ID

  • Minimum of three (3) skills

  • Background check with CLEAR status

Front Office:

  • Verified phone number

  • Verified email address

  • Profile photo

  • Photo ID

  • Minimum of three (3) skills

  • Background check with CLEAR status

Dentists (DDS):

  • Verified phone number

  • Verified email address

  • License number and state

  • Education and graduation year

  • Malpractice insurance

  • Photo ID

  • Background check with CLEAR status

Specialists:

  • Verified phone number

  • Verified email address

  • License number and state

  • Education and graduation year

  • Malpractice insurance

  • Photo ID

  • Background check with CLEAR status

The criteria above are required by speciality for approval. After your profile has been approved and activated, professionals are encouraged to add additional information - such as a background description, profile photo, certifications, and more - to make their profile stand out among offices. Keep in mind, Profile Completeness is a major component to a higher Profile Score.
