What are booking requests?

Booking requests allow dental offices to send you work offers for the specific times you've designated in your schedule. These requests can be viewed in your Cloud Dentistry messages directly on the platform. You can be notified via text, email, and our mobile app, based on your settings, ensuring you never miss an opportunity.

To qualify for booking requests, you'll need to meet two key criteria:

  1. Profile Approval: Ensure your profile is fully completed, including your desired hourly rate. We'll review and typically approve it within 1-2 business days after submission. This step confirms that your profile meets all the necessary standards for visibility on our platform.

  2. Get Booked Criteria: In your dashboard, all components under Get Booked must be completed for professionals to qualify for booking requests. This consists of:

    1. Rate - Adding your hourly rate

    2. Radius - Setting how far you'll travel for work

    3. Schedule - the days and times you're available to work

Offices want to ensure the professionals they're contacting for bookings are responsive - even if you do not accept the booking request.

When an office sends a booking requests, professionals should respond to the office within 12 hours in order to receive the highest points for their Profile Score, even if you do not accept the booking. Replying to the office even if you're not accepting is critical to your Profile Score - not responding/ghosting will decrease your score!
