Adding your dental license information on Cloud Dentistry is an essential step to ensure your profile is complete and ready for practice connections. An active dental license is required for the following specialties: hygienists, dentists, and specialists.
Here’s how you can do it:
Log into Your Account: Begin by logging into your Cloud Dentistry account and go to your dashboard if you're not already there.
Activate My Profile Checklist: Under the "Activate my Profile" section, find "license number".
Enter License Details: Click on "Licensure number" and enter your license number along with the state(s) where you are licensed. If you are licensed in multiple states, please provide the applicable license number and state for each.
Review and Verification: After entering your license information, allow 1-2 business days for our team to review and verify that your license is valid and current. When your license expires, we’ll check to make sure that it was renewed. If not, we will rescind your account’s activation.
By completing this step, you ensure that your profile is up to date and meets the necessary licensure requirements for hygienists, dentists, and specialists.
Please note: If your name does not match the name on your state license, Cloud Dentistry may ask for additional documentation.
Additional note: Review of licensures is dependent on the state's board website being live and functional. Review of a professional's license could be delayed if the state's site is down, in which case, the Professional Engagement team will notify the professional.
