How can I read my office reviews?

You can view the reviews your office has received by visiting your office's public profile. From your dashboard, click on the practice name to access your office profile, where your reviews will be listed at the bottom of the page. Stars indicate the review rating, and detailed feedback, if provided, will be located next to the stars.

Alternatively, if you click on a completed booking date, you will see any submitted reviews by both you and the professional within the booking details. *Not all bookings require a review.

To view the reviews you've received, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to your profile by clicking here or navigating from your dashboard. Look for your name in large blue letters and click on it.

  2. Once you're on your profile page, scroll down to the bottom. You'll see a list of your reviews there. On the left side, you'll notice your star ratings corresponding to each review. Remember, not every review will have written feedback.

  3. For those reviews that do include comments, you’ll find the written feedback located to the right of your star ratings.

This streamlined approach should help you easily access and read your reviews!

If you can’t find a review for your booking, it could be because the professional hasn’t submitted one yet, it’s pending your review, the professional has already submitted a review for your initial booking, or the 14-day review period hasn’t passed.

If you have a question about a review you received from a professional, you are able to contact them in a professional manner to request feedback for improvement in the future.

Once both parties have submitted their reviews or the 14-day window has ended, no further changes can be made. This safeguard helps prevent retaliatory edits and preserves the integrity of our review system.
