You can view your reviews, both given and received, by visiting your public profile. From your dashboard, click on your name to access your public profile, where your reviews will be listed at the bottom of the page. Stars indicate the review rating, and detailed feedback, if provided, will be located next to the stars. *Only your overall average rating and reviews with written public feedback are viewable on your public profile.
Alternatively, if you click on a completed booking date, you will see any submitted reviews by both you and the office within the booking details. *Not all bookings require a review.
Keep in mind that with the Profile Score system, reviews are a critical component to your overall Profile Score.
If you can’t find a review for your booking, it could be because the office hasn’t submitted one yet, it’s pending your review, the office has already submitted a review for your initial booking, or the 14-day review period hasn’t passed.
If you have a question about a review you received or believe it contains a mistake, you can contact the office directly in a professional manner to request feedback for future improvements. If you or the office made a mistake and no longer have the option to edit, either party can contact our Member Services team to request an update to the review that they have submitted. You will not be able to make or request edits to reviews that you have received.
Once both parties have submitted their reviews or the 14-day window has ended, no further changes can be made. This safeguard helps prevent retaliatory edits and preserves the integrity of our review system.

Please note: Leaving a review off the platform (i.e., Google, Yelp, Social Media, etc) for an office you have worked for through Cloud Dentistry is a violation of our User Terms and will subject your account to a suspension.
