What happens if I cancel an assignment with a dental professional?

If you need to cancel an assignment, you can do so through the Bookings tab. The cancellation fee depends on the timing and circumstances:

  1. Same-Day Cancellations

    • If you cancel an assignment that was booked, confirmed, and canceled within the same business day, there is no penalty.

  2. Less Than 24 Hours' Notice

    • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the assignment, a small fee may be charged to the office. This fee is passed on to the professional as compensation.

  3. Professional En Route or Turned Away

    • If the professional is already on their way or is turned away upon arrival, they are entitled to payment for half of the booked hours (up to a maximum of 4 hours).
