Yes — and we encourage it. Unlike traditional job boards, Cloud Dentistry is built around direct conversations between offices and professionals.


Getting access

Messaging is a subscription feature. Once your office is upgraded, a Message (or Send a Message) button appears on every professional's profile from the Find Professionals page. Type your message, send it, and the professional gets notified by email and on their mobile device, based on their notification settings.

What to use messaging for

Reach out to ask questions, request a resume, or set up an interview. If you're scheduling an interview, the smoothest path is to book the professional directly from their calendar — it locks in the time and keeps everything in one place.

Keeping things on-platform

We recommend handling all booking activity through Cloud Dentistry. It protects both sides, prevents miscommunication, and lets our team step in if anything comes up.

You may sometimes find contact info inside a resume a professional shares, but the platform is still the safest place to coordinate. A quick note on phone numbers: a professional's contact number only becomes visible to your office after a booking has been accepted.
