Who Is Eligible for the Cloud Dentistry x ClassPass Perk?

To qualify for the Cloud Dentistry x ClassPass wellness perk, you must:

  • Have an approved and active Cloud Dentistry professional account

  • Be located in the U.S.

  • Complete 2 bookings within a month to unlock the perk

Only verified Cloud Dentistry professionals meeting the above criteria are eligible.


What Are the Criteria to Maintain the Perk?

To continue receiving your ClassPass benefit, you must:

  • Complete at least 1 booking every 60 days on Cloud Dentistry

  • Remain an active professional on the platform

  • Keep your ClassPass membership active

Failure to meet these criteria may result in removal of the benefit.


How Do I Access the ClassPass Perk? (Unlocking Link & Company Code)

To activate your perk:

  • Complete 2 bookings within a month on Cloud Dentistry

  • Once eligible, you will unlock the activation link and company code on your Dashboard under “Wellness Perks”

  • Click the link, enter the company code during sign-up, and start using your ClassPass membership

If you believe you are eligible but have not received your link, please reach out via chat and a member of our team will assist you.


What Happens If I Don’t Meet the Requirements?

If you do not complete at least 1 booking within a 60-day period:

  • Your ClassPass benefit may be removed

  • Cloud Dentistry may notify you if your eligibility is at risk

  • You can re-unlock the perk at any time by completing 2 bookings within a month

Can I Use the Perk with an Existing ClassPass Account?

Yes! If you're a current or returning ClassPass member, you can still take advantage of the Cloud Dentistry perk.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Click your company sign-up link from your Cloud Dentistry Dashboard
    *If no link is shown, you have not yet met the 2-booking requirement

  2. Select “Have an existing account?”

  3. Fill out the form for the ClassPass Customer Experience team:

    • Choose: “My plan or account”

    • Enter: The email associated with your ClassPass account

    • Choose: “I want to reactivate my membership” OR “I want to switch to a different membership plan”

    • Choose: “My question is for a Corporate Wellness account

  4. Fill in the remaining fields

  5. Enter company code

  6. In the message field, include the plan you’d like to switch to

  7. Submit the form and ClassPass will take care of the rest!

We’ve updated this perk to give you more value and more flexibility:

  • Increased from $5/month → $24/month

  • Now fully covers the 11-credit ClassPass plan

  • Reduced requirement from 4 bookings/month → 2 bookings to unlock
