Who Is Eligible for the Cloud Dentistry x ClassPass Discount?

Eligibility:

To qualify for the exclusive Cloud Dentistry x ClassPass discount, you must:

  • Have an approved and active Cloud Dentistry professional account

  • Be located in the U.S.

  • Maintain 4 or more completed bookings per month through the Cloud Dentistry platform

Only verified Cloud Dentistry professionals meeting the above criteria are eligible.


What Are the Criteria to Maintain the Discount?

To maintain your ClassPass discount month-to-month, you need to:

  • Complete 4 or more bookings each calendar month on Cloud Dentistry

  • Remain an active professional on the Cloud Dentistry platform

  • Keep your ClassPass membership active

Failure to meet these criteria may result in removal of the promotional discount.


How Do I Access the ClassPass Discount? (Unlocking Link & Company Code)

To activate your discount:

  1. Ensure you have completed 4+ bookings this month on Cloud Dentistry

  2. Once eligible, you will unlock the activation link and company code located on your Dashboard under “ClassPass Perks”

  3. Click the link, enter the company code during sign-up, and enjoy your ClassPass perks!

What Happens If I Don’t Meet the Monthly Booking Requirement?

If you do not complete 4 or more bookings in a given month:

  • Your ClassPass discount will be subject to removal

  • Cloud Dentistry will notify you in advance if your eligibility is at risk

  • You may regain eligibility by completing 4+ bookings in a future month and reactivating the discount

Can I Use the Discount with an Existing ClassPass Account?

Yes! If you're a current or returning ClassPass member, you can still take advantage of the Cloud Dentistry discount by following these steps:

Here’s what to do:

  1. Click on your company sign-up link provided by Cloud Dentistry on your Dashboard.

    • *If there is no link shown, that means you haven’t reached 4 completed bookings to be eligible.

  2. Select “Have an existing account?”

  3. Fill out the form for the Customer Experience team with the following selections:

    • Choose: “My plan or account”

    • Enter: The email associated with your ClassPass account

    • Choose: “I want to reactivate my membership” OR “I want to switch to a different membership plan”

    • Choose: “My question is for a Corporate Wellness account”

  4. Fill in the remaining fields

  5. Enter company code

  6. In the message field, be sure to mention the plan you want to switch to

  7. Submit the form and ClassPass will take care of the rest!
