You can adjust your notification preferences in the Settings under the Notification Settings page, tailoring how you receive updates from Cloud Dentistry.
Keep in mind that your Profile Score is impacted by your interactivity - The most important component to your profile score - your responsiveness and booking experience with offices! So just keep that in mind when you're editing your settings to make sure you're still getting essential notifications.
We highly recommend at least turning ON text/app notifications for "Bookings" and "Messages." This will ensure you don't miss important booking updates or the chance to secure a booking!
If you do plan to take a break, it’s best to set your notifications in private Open the app menu and navigate to Notifications Settings. Disable notifications to stop receiving messages and alerts. You can re-enable notifications at any time if you decide to use the platform actively again.

If you have our Cloud Dentistry iOS app, you can now subscribe to your bookings calendar. This will add your Cloud Dentistry calendar to your iCalendar.
