How can I add my bookings to my personal calendar?

Subscribing/Unsubscribing to iCalendar

Updated today

Currently, this opportunity is only available to professionals using the Cloud Dentistry iOS app.

To ensure you don't miss important booking updates, and in addition to enabling your notification settings, add your Cloud Dentistry booking calendar to your iCalendar!

How to Subscribe to Cloud Dentistry Calendar:

You will find the option to subscribe to your Cloud Dentistry Calendar in a few different places within the app.

  1. On your Dashboard tab, the subscribe button is located underneath your Bookings Calendar."

  2. In the "Temp Jobs" tab, the subscribe button is located under your Bookings Calendar.

  3. You also have the option to subscribe within a specific booking link.

You will now be able to see your confirmed and proposed bookings on your iCalendar! Customize your alerts to receive reminders.

How to Unsubscribe from Calendar:

To unsubscribe from the calendar, visit the Calendar App on your iPhone, click the calendar icon at the bottom-right, and then uncheck the Cloud Dentistry calendar. We recommend not deleting the calendar entirely, in case you decide to re-subscribe soon.

How to Resubscribe after Unsubscribing:

If you do unsubscribe or delete the Cloud Dentistry calendar and are unable to resubscribe, there is a solution, but you may have to wait a bit.

Unfortunately, without the URL, you are unable to resubscribe to the iCalendar right away. The URL is specific to you and your calendar, and we cannot generate it behind the scenes for you.

However, in 3 weeks (21 days) from the date you unsubscribed, our system will be able to determine that you have unsubscribed, and the offer to subscribe again. This option/button will display where it did originally (your dashboard or bookings calendar).

So keep a lookout for this "subscribe to calendar" option in this timeframe so that you can sync the calendar to your iCal again.
