The messaging system provided by Cloud Dentistry operates similarly to standard text messaging services. You can access it through the "Messages" tab within the Cloud Dentistry app.
When an office first sends you a message, you should respond within 12 hours in order to receive the highest points for their profile score. Responding to the message is critical to your Profile Score - not responding/ghosting will decrease your score. We only count responses to the first message from the office since not all messages in a conversation require a reply.
