To ensure your availability matches your booking opportunities, we've developed several user-friendly tools that help you update your availability easily. With our mobile app, you can open or close your availability on specific days with just a couple of taps. It's essential to download our mobile app to manage your schedule efficiently and avoid any scheduling conflicts. To access and manage your availability, click the right-side menu and select Schedule. From here, you can select the days of the week you’re typically available for work, and the times.

You can also toggle to the Exceptions tab in your Schedule, where you can add exceptions - for example, if you’re out of town for a few days in the month. Any day that has an exception rule is noted with an asterisk (*). A list of exceptions will populate for each user to review.

Another example of how to use Exceptions - If you’re working full time at a dental office and you use Cloud Dentistry to pick up additional shifts, you can add exceptions that you are available when your dental office is closed for vacation to pick up more shifts.

You can also add or close specific days from your calendar by clicking on the date.

Keep in mind with our new Profile Score system, if an office sends a booking request or message and your schedule has changed, still reply to the message letting them know you are unavailable. Not replying to the message/request - or ghosting - will lower your Profile Score.
