It is best to ask each office if you need to fill out tax forms at your first assignment. Cloud Dentistry only issues 1099s if you earn more than $600 in total from any of our offices that pay you through the Cloud Direct Pay (CDP) program. If an end-of-year 1099 is due to you for CDP, they are issued by January 31 for the previous year. If you are paid as an independent contractor by the office, they will issue the 1099 to you.
