It is best to ask each office if you need to fill out tax forms for your first assignment with them. Cloud Dentistry only issues 1099s if you earn more than $600 in total from any of our offices that pay you through the Cloud Direct Pay (CDP) program. If an end-of-year 1099 is due to you for CDP, it is issued by January 31 for the previous year. If you are paid as an independent contractor by the office, they will issue the 1099 to you.
1099s from Cloud Dentistry
If you made over $600 through Cloud Direct Pay, you may receive your 1099 via email. This email will come from notifications@clouddentistry.com. This may also be sent via USPS to your mailing address on file.
