Turn-Away Pay ensures that if your booking, confirmed through your bookings calendar, is cancelled within 1 hour, you are turned away upon arrival, or if the office is closed, you are still compensated. You are required to wait at least 30 minutes if the doors are locked upon your arrival. Please also contact the office via the messaging system and by phone to confirm if the office is open.

Eligibility

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your assignment, you forfeit your eligibility for turn away pay since this can greatly impact the office schedule.

If the payment terms of the assignment are W2 only, the office is responsible for providing funds to you directly. Otherwise, it is processed through our Cloud Direct Pay System.

Reporting

To report a turn-away, please contact our Member Services team via live chat or email at service@clouddentistry.com. If the office staff is present

If the payment terms of the assignment are W2 only, the office is responsible for providing funds to you directly. Otherwise, it is processed through our Cloud Direct Pay System.
