How much you're paid

Turn Away Pay covers half of the booked day, up to a maximum of 4 hours, multiplied by your hourly rate.

  • Booked for 9 hours → paid for 4 hours × your rate (the cap)

  • You did not late-cancel or no-show prior to the office canceling.

What to do on-site

If the office is closed when you arrive:

  1. Wait at least 30 minutes after the scheduled start before leaving.

  2. Try to reach the office through the platform messaging and by phone. Proof of these attempts may be requested.

  3. Document your presence — a screenshot of your location with a visible date/time stamp, plus your arrival and departure times.

If you're turned away at the door:

  1. Ask the office to sign a Cloud Direct Pay timesheet. Have them write the arrival time and the reason for the shortened hours (e.g., "turned away on arrival").

  2. Do not upload the timesheet for Turn Away Pay requests — instead, send a photo of it to Member Services.
