While professionals are expected to stay for the full duration of their scheduled booking to ensure the office has the support they need, we understand that unexpected situations may arise where leaving early feels necessary.
If you do feel the need to leave mid-shift, here’s what you need to know:
Communicate with the office: Let the office know before you leave. Clear communication is key.
Secure payment before leaving: Make sure to collect payment or get a signed timesheet before walking out. This is crucial.
Understand the risk: If you leave without completing the shift and don’t collect payment or a signed timesheet, Cloud Dentistry is unable to assist in recovering payment for that assignment. Cloud Dentistry is also not liable for any negative review that may be posted by the office due to leaving before the contracted end time.
If you leave on your own terms, you are not eligible for guaranteed payment.
If you leave the office without following the proper channels of communication as listed above, you may be subject to suspension and / or banned.
We’re here to support both dental professionals and offices, and completing your assignment as scheduled helps maintain trust on both sides. If you ever feel you or your patient’s safety is at risk - don’t hesitate to reach out to our team—we’re here to help guide you through it.
