If you had a Dental Assistant profile with completed bookings on the platform as a DA, you cannot change your DA profile and will need to create a new profile as a Dental Hygienist.

If you did NOT complete any bookings under your DA profile, the Professional Engagement team can change your status to reflect now being an RDH. To request this, start a chat in the right corner and select to connect with Professional Engagement.

If you have completed bookings as a Dental Assistant and want to now complete bookings as a RDH, you will need to create a new profile.

To create a new RDH profile:

1. Use this link: Cloud Dentistry Sign Up.
2. Select "Dental Hygienist" as your role.

Note: You will need to use or create a new email address for your RDH profile. We recommend professionals create a free Gmail account specific for their RDH profile.
