Absolutely. If there's a professional you've previously worked with via our platform and prefer not to engage with them again, you have the option to block those professionals from viewing your office profile.
How to prevent (block) a professional from seeing your profile:
If the professional has worked with your office through Cloud Dentistry:
Find their profile (in the Temp Jobs tab, bookings calendar, messages, or the "Professional" tab).
Click on the professional's name
On their profile, you'll see the option to "Block"
Add an internal note for the reason for the block
Search by Name:
If you need to search for a professional to block by name, you can do this in the "Favorite or Blocked Professionals" section of the dropdown menu. This may be ideal if you do not want a current or ex-employee seeing your office's profiles or job postings. See other privacy options here.
Once in the Favorite or Blocked Professionals" page:
Click the Blocked Professionals section at the top.
Then click "find professionals to block"
Enter their first name and last name to search.
Click Block
Blocked professionals cannot see any permanent or temporary job posts from any office within your account. These professionals will also not appear in the Professionals tab search results for your office(s).
If you have interacted with the professional in the past via messaging or bookings, your name will still appear to them, but they will not be able to contact you. They will see a message that your "profile is no longer available."
