At the end of your term’s plan, your plan will automatically renew for a month-to-month plan at the same price. This locks in a confirmed monthly subscription without the risk of a price increase if offices cancel their plan and choose to return.

At any time prior to the end of your current plan’s term, office accounts may cancel their autorenewal and will only be billed for the remaining months of their current plan.

  • Example: A 6-month plan for January through June. Opting out of auto-renewal occurs in May, the plan will have one remaining payment for June and access will end after the final paid month.

Multi-month plans have an early termination fee of up to two month’s payment, prorated over the plan duration.

  • Example: If an office has a 12-month plan from January - December, but cancels on March 15, they will pay the prorated early termination fee and will lose access immediately. The early termination fee is equal to 2 month's payments, prorated to the length of time remaining on the committed term, depending on how many months are left in the remaining term.
