Automatic Renewal
At the end of your current plan, it will automatically renew for the same term and price. This guarantees your monthly rate remains the same, even if prices increase.Note: If you choose to cancel auto-renewal, your access will continue until the end of the current plan term. However, bookings made beyond your plan's end date or re-enabling auto-renewal may require you to opt back in.
Cancelling Auto-Renewal
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the current term ends.
You will only be billed for the remaining months of your current plan.
Example:
If you have a 6-month plan (January to June) and cancel auto-renewal in May, you will still be billed for June. Your access will end after that final payment.Early Termination for Multi-Month Plans
If you cancel before your plan ends, you will be charged an early termination fee. This fee is prorated and equal to the equivalent of two months' payments.
The exact fee depends on how many months are left on your plan.
Example:
If you have a 12-month plan (January to December) but cancel on March 15, you will pay a prorated early termination fee and lose access immediately. Based on the remaining term, this fee will be equal to or less than two months' worth of payments.
