Auto Renewal Policy for Offices

To keep your bookings secure, you’ll need an active subscription. If you schedule assignments past your current plan’s access end date, your subscription will automatically renew so you don’t lose those bookings. It is your responsibility to contact us if you wish to cancel or disable auto-renewal again. If you use subscription features, such as messaging or job posting, or schedule bookings past your access date, these will also trigger automatic renewal to ensure continuity. This means even if you turn off auto-renewal but have bookings confirmed beyond your subscription access date, renewal will occur.

  • Example: If your plan was disabled on May 6th, your last day of access will be June 5th. If you have a professional booked any day after June 5th, your auto - renewal will reactivate automatically.

Please note that if your subscription is canceled, you’ll also lose access to messaging, posting jobs, and the ability to pay professionals through Cloud Direct Pay.

At the end of your term’s plan, your plan will automatically renew for a month-to-month plan at the same price. This locks in a confirmed monthly subscription without the risk of a price increase if offices cancel their plan and choose to return. To prevent unintended renewals, verify that no bookings are scheduled beyond your subscription end date and cancel any such bookings if auto-renewal has been disabled.

At any time prior to the end of your current plan’s term, office accounts may cancel their autorenewal and will only be billed for the remaining months of their current plan. However, canceling subscriptions does not automatically cancel renewal triggers if bookings exist beyond the access date. Ensure to cancel any such future bookings to finalize the cancellation fully.

  • Example: A 6-month plan purchased from January through June. If opting out of auto-renewal occurs in April, the plan will have two remaining payments for May and June, and access will end after the final paid month.
