Each professional profile is personally reviewed by a member of our team prior to their account going “live” on the site. We verify each professional’s State License (when applicable) and verify any certifications that the professional has listed on their profile. Once the professionals' profiles have been reviewed and approved, they will be set to Approved on our platform. Review and approval typically takes 1-2 business days for professionals.
