FIGS 100 Booking Milestone Reward

  1. What is the 100 Booking Milestone Reward?

    1. When you complete 100 bookings on Cloud Dentistry within a calendar year, you’ll earn a pair of custom Cloud Dentistry FIGS scrubs — on us.

  2. When does tracking start?

    1. Tracking begins after your first completed booking on or after January 1. From that date, you have 365 days to complete 100 bookings. Once you hit 100 bookings, you’ll unlock your reward. Scrub ordering opens once per quarter.

  3. Do all bookings count toward the 100?

    1. Only completed bookings count toward your progress. Cancelled, declined, or no-show bookings do not count.

  4. What happens when I reach 100 bookings:

    1. Once you hit 100 completed bookings:

      1. You’ll unlock your FIGS reward

      2. A Cloud Dentistry team member will reach out with your personal ordering link

      3. Scrub ordering opens once per quarter

  5. When can I order my FIGS scrubs?

    1. Scrub ordering opens once per quarter. If you reach your milestone, you’ll be invited to order during the next available ordering window.

  6. What if I hit 100 bookings between ordering windows?

    1. No worries, you’ll still qualify! You’ll receive your ordering link when the next quarterly ordering window opens.

  7. Can I choose my size and style?

    1. Yes! When ordering opens, you’ll be able to select your preferred size and style through your personalized ordering link.

  8. Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?

    1. The 100 booking milestone reward can be earned once per calendar year.

  9. Do my bookings carry over into the next year?

    1. No — progress resets each year on January 1, giving everyone a fresh start.

  10. What if I have more than 100 bookings?

    1. Amazing! Once you hit 100, you’ve earned your reward for the year. Additional bookings won’t unlock additional FIGS rewards (for now 😉).
