No. Dental professionals on Cloud Dentistry are independent contractors, not employees of the platform. Because of this, we’re unable to provide employment verification, proof of income, or pay stubs.
Additionally, if you earn more than $600 in a calendar year from Cloud Direct Pay (CDP) offices, you will receive a 1099 form by January 31 of the following year. This document can be used for income verification purposes. For assignments where payment is made directly by the dental office, the office is responsible for providing payment documentation, either as a W2 employee or a 1099 contractor.
Each professional manages their own schedule and may also work with dental offices outside of Cloud Dentistry. If you need documentation, we recommend sharing screenshots of your completed bookings or the earnings tab in your account.
You can also use the booking agreements for each assignment, which list your hourly rate, as a form of income verification. For assignments where payment was made directly by the dental office, you should contact the office directly to request official wage verification documents, specifying whether you need a W2 or 1099 form.
