How do I change the role on my Cloud Dentistry Account?

Can I change the user type/role on my account?

If you have a profile with completed bookings on the platform, you cannot change your profile and will need to create a new one. See the details below for how to set up a new account.

  • The only exception to this is if you are marked as a cross-trained dental assistant (front office), and now only want to show dental assistant roles. If you no longer want to see front office positions, you'll just need to unmark yourself as cross-trained in the "Background and Skills" section of your account.

If you did NOT complete any bookings under your current profile, the Professional Engagement team can change your status to reflect your new role, but you may need to add your new license number to be approved again. To request this, start a chat in the right corner and select to connect with Professional Engagement. You can also email pe@clouddentistry.com.

To create a new profile:

  1. Select your current role.

If you create a new account, you cannot use the same email address. If you want to use the same email address, please contact our team via chat or email to release your old address from your existing account. Once that’s done, you can create a new account with your current email address.
