What is Cloud Coaching?
Cloud Coaching is your office's one-stop training solution for dental teams. Our online coaching modules focus on professional development, foundational training, and practical skills for every role in the practice.
Courses cover topics such as OSHA, infection control, communication, front office skills, leadership, and more. Designed by dental professionals, Cloud Coaching helps support team growth, improve office performance, and create a culture of continuous learning.
How many courses are included?
Your subscription currently includes access to 22 courses covering a variety of topics and skill levels.
Some courses, such as OSHA training, are longer and include Continuing Education (CE) credit, while others are shorter refresher-style modules designed for busy dental professionals.
Best of all, Cloud Coaching is an ever-growing library. New courses are added regularly, and users will be notified whenever new content becomes available.
What topics do the courses cover?

How much does Cloud Coaching cost?

How do I cancel my Cloud Coaching subscription?
To cancel your Cloud Coaching subscription, please contact our Member Services team, and they will be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! You may cancel your Cloud Coaching subscription at any time. Your office will continue to have access to Cloud Coaching through the end of your current billing period, whether you are on a monthly or annual plan.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
There are no refunds for Cloud Coaching. If you cancel your subscription, your office will continue to have access to Cloud Coaching through the end of your current billing cycle. This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
How many employees can I add?
Unlimited!
Unlike many learning platforms that charge per user, Cloud Coaching allows you to add as many team members as your office has at no additional cost.
I manage a DSO. Can I add employees from multiple offices under one subscription?
Cloud Coaching works best when each office has its own subscription.
This allows each location to manage its own team members, course assignments, and training progress independently.
For multi-location groups interested in implementing Cloud Coaching across several offices, please contact us for guidance on the best setup.
Who creates the courses?
Our courses are created by an internal team of experienced dental professionals, including:
Dentists
Dental Hygienists
Dental Assistants
Front Office Professionals
We also partner with respected industry experts and dental companies to bring exclusive educational content to our users.
Do any courses provide Continuing Education (CE) credit?
Select courses include CE credit.
Course descriptions will clearly indicate whether CE credit is available and the number of CE hours offered.
Why am I receiving an error when trying to add an employee?
The most common reason is that the email address being used is already associated with an existing Cloud Dentistry account. When adding an employee, they should use an email address not already associated with a Cloud Dentistry account.

If I make an employee an admin, will they be able to see private office information?
Employees will only have access to the permissions granted to them.
For most team members, we recommend assigning access specifically to/ and only Cloud Coaching so they can view training materials without access to unrelated office settings or information.
What does a typical course include?
While every course is unique, most courses include:
On-demand video training
Downloadable handouts and resources
Knowledge-check quizzes
Supplemental materials and links
Additional videos or recommended resources (when applicable)
How do I know when new courses are added?
Cloud Coaching subscribers receive notifications when new courses become available within their assigned learning tracks.
Since new content is added regularly, your training library continues to grow throughout your subscription.
What if I don't see a course topic I'm interested in?
We welcome suggestions.
