Once your job posting is completed and live on the platform, Offices can choose who to promote the job to based on professionals’ criteria. This is a proactive way to get the job in front of preferred candidates.
Here’s How:
Navigate to the "Find Professionals" Tab Log into your office account and locate the "Find Professionals" tab.Search for Professionals
Enter the type of professional you are looking to hire in the search bar related to the job posting.
Select a Profile
Browse through the search results and click on a suitable profile that interests you. Send a Message-
Click the "Send a Message" button on the selected profile.
Add a Job Post Link*
In the message, choose the option to add a link to an active job post.
A dropdown menu will appear, displaying all active job postings associated with your account.
Customize Your Message
We recommend adding a custom message to provide context along with the job posting link.
Send the Message
Review your message and click "Send" to share it with the professional.
