Once your job posting is completed and live on the platform, Offices can choose who to promote the job to based on professionals’ criteria. This is a proactive way to get the job in front of preferred candidates.
Here’s How:
- Navigate to the "Find Professionals" Tab Log into your office account and locate the "Find Professionals" tab.Search for Professionals - Enter the type of professional you are looking to hire in the search bar related to the job posting. 
 
- Select a Profile 
- Browse through the search results and click on a suitable profile that interests you. Send a Message- - Click the "Send a Message" button on the selected profile. 
 
- Add a Job Post Link* - In the message, choose the option to add a link to an active job post. 
- A dropdown menu will appear, displaying all active job postings associated with your account. 
 
- Customize Your Message - We recommend adding a custom message to provide context along with the job posting link. 
 
- Send the Message - Review your message and click "Send" to share it with the professional.
