Registering your office with Cloud Dentistry is easy. Once you create your free Cloud Dentistry office account, our Onboarding team will review the information you provide to confirm your practice is legitimate, your details are accurate, and there are no duplicate offices on the platform. This guide walks you through everything you need to do — from initial setup to approval — so you can start connecting with dental professionals in your area.

Step 1: Log Into Your Office Account
Log into your Cloud Dentistry account to access your office dashboard. From the dashboard, click your practice name to open the Practice Info page, where you'll complete most of the required details. No worries if you need to step away — we'll save your spot and pick up right where you left off.
Step 2: Complete Your Practice Info
To be eligible for review, please complete the following on your Practice Info page:
Verified phone number — We'll send a verification code to confirm the number.
Verified email address — Click the verification link we send to your inbox.
Practice name — Use your office's legal or DBA name as it appears on your signage and documents.
Office Zip Code — Your zip code must be correct so your job posts are visible to professionals in your designated area.
Offices will be required to add their full address once they subscribe to a plan. You can hide your address on job postings; it only becomes visible to a professional once a booking is confirmed.
Practice type — Select all that apply (general, pediatric, orthodontic, oral surgery, etc.).
Practice logo or office photo — If your office doesn't have a logo, simply snap a photo of your office's front door. A photo of your office is better than no image at all.
Practice description — Tell professionals what makes your practice great: how long you've been in business, the size of your team, the types of patients you see, and why a professional would love working in your office.
Skills required in this office — Toggle to the Skills required in this office tab and select the skills your office needs from the provided categories. In the Find Professionals tab, profiles will highlight the skills that match what your office requires.
PPE provided to temps — Select all that apply.
Click update office information once you've finished filling everything out.
Tip for Attracting the Best Professionals: The more information you provide on your practice, the better. Sell yourself — you're competing for dental talent with other offices in your area, so make your profile stand out!
Step 3: Confirm Your Business Information
Our Onboarding team will confirm that your office is a real, operating dental practice. To help us verify your office quickly, please make sure:
The practice name on your profile matches the name on your business listing, website, or signage.
The contact phone number and email match the official contact information for your practice (not a personal email when possible).
There is no duplicate office profile already on Cloud Dentistry for your practice. If you believe a duplicate exists — for example, a previous owner or office manager set one up — please contact our Onboarding team so we can help merge or transfer ownership.
Your office Zip Code and address reflect a valid, real-world location.
Step 4: Set Your Payment Terms (Before Booking)
Before you can book temps, please set your Payment Terms for Temps. This indicates how professionals will be paid for their services and is required before your first booking.
Important: Payment Terms must be in place before you confirm a booking with a professional.
Step 5: Wait for Review and Approval
Once your Practice Info is complete and your phone and email are verified, our Onboarding team will review your office profile. Please allow 1–2 business days for review.
Our goal is to have each qualified office, with an accurately completed profile, approved within the same day or early the next business day, as long as the office meets our criteria.
If we need any additional information to complete your approval, we'll reach out via email or in-app chat. Keep an eye on your inbox so we can finalize your office activation as quickly as possible.
After Approval: Make Your Office Stand Out
Once your office is approved and activated, you're encouraged to keep building out your profile to attract top dental talent. Offices with a complete, compelling profile receive more applications and confirmed bookings. As important as it is for professionals to have a detailed profile, it's just as critical for offices to demonstrate the validity of the practice and the opportunity for the dental professional.

Office contact information — Make it easy for our team and future hires to reach you.
Parking and public transportation details — Describe parking in detail so professionals don't waste time learning the lay of the land on the day of the booking.
Office photos — Show off your operatories, sterilization area, break room, and reception.
A welcome video — Even a short walk-through helps professionals picture themselves working in your practice.
