What should I do if an office wants to change my confirmed hours?

If an office wishes to change your hours for a booking several days in advance, they should cancel the current booking and request a new appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment, that you do not agree to, may result in a cancellation fee paid by the office. For changes on the day of, if asked to work additional hours, adjust your timesheet accordingly. If asked to work significantly fewer hours (more than one hour less), you might be eligible for guaranteed pay.
