      How do I change my profile from Dental Assistant to Dental Hygienist?

      In some cases, you may be able to keep your existing profile if there is no booking history associated with it. If this applies to you and your profile is:

      If you cannot keep your existing profile, we will archive your Dental Assistant (DA) profile and remove your email address, allowing you to create a new Dental Hygienist (RDH) profile.

      To create a new RDH profile:

      1. Use this link: Cloud Dentistry Sign Up.
      2. Select "Dental Hygienist" as your role.

      Contact either Member Services or your Professional Engagement Manager when you're ready to proceed, and we will remove your email address from the DA profile. Alternatively, you can use a different email address for your RDH profile if you prefer.
